He specialises in supporting cultural change in organisations and developing teams that embrace cognitive diversity to address the challenges of a rapidly changing and ambiguous world.

As well as being a regular and popular conference and event speaker, Paul is also a leadership coach, a qualified practitioner using the Lumina Learning psychometric tools and a Prosci Certified Change Management practitioner.
