Alistair is passionate about sustainability, both in transport and more generally. At Innovate UK, the UK’s national innovation agency, he is responsible for several programmes focusing on zero-emission heavy-duty vehicles, totalling over £200m. His background includes metallurgy, energy storage research, and Additive Manufacturing for aerospace applications. He was previously Innovate UK's lead on ZeroEmission Vehicles.
