Jon Caine has been working in the automotive industry for over 35 years in the field of propulsion systems, working initially for Rover and then Ford. The bulk of his career has been the selection and implementation of new technology.

For the last 5 years he has been working at AVL UK initially as the design department manager and now technical director involved a wide range of projects most notably in battery, engines and fuel cells.
