Covid-19 Status

We will continue to follow Government guidelines and will update the website as more information is made available.

In order to protect our exhibitors, delegates and staff everyone must demonstrate their Covid-19 status in order to participate at the Future Propulsion Conference on Wednesday 2nd & Thursday 3rd March 2022.

Your Covid-19 Status can be shown by proof of full vaccination, a negative test result within the last 48 hours, or proof of natural immunity in the following ways:

*Proof of a negative Lateral Flow must be through an NHS text message or email, please do not bring your test with you. If you feel unwell or are self-isolating, please do not come to the conference

Cancellations

Any Delegate who contacts us to cancel up to two weeks before the conference will be offered the following:-

  • Transfer their delegate booking to a colleague
  • Move their delegate booking to FPC2023

Any Delegate contacting us prior to the event and on the day will be given a full refund on producing proof they have covid or be given the opportunity to transfer their delegate place to FPC2023

Masks

At present masks will have to be worn during the conference, unless medically exempt or whilst consuming food and drink.  Please note that this is a condition of entry to venue.
